SB 446 amends Chapter 11 of Title 40 of the O.C.G.A. by revising the time when a motor vehicle or trailer becomes an abandoned motor vehicle, revising the requirements for identification of removed or stored motor vehicles, revising and providing for notice requirements, revising the process for selling them, providing for a foreclosure process where no petition for a judicial hearing is filed, and revising requirements for determining if a motor vehicle is derelict.
